Your Honey Questions, Answered

Well, we think it's the best damn tasting honey in the world!
A few other things that make this honey so special is its beautiful crystallized texture, its remote rainforest origin, and the fact that it's raw, cold processed, and organically produced. It's pure as heck and made far from commercial agriculture on a tiny island in Northern Patagonia.
The first thing most people say as their eyes widen is, "This tastes like what honey should taste like." To us, that says it all.

Our beehives are located on a remote island in Northern Patagonia called Isla Tranqui. This small island is covered in native trees and is part of one of the rainiest temperate rainforests on Earth. Our bees make a delicious, naturally creamy honey from the nectar of these native flowers.

Our honey has a naturally smooth, creamy texture thanks to its unique floral source and the fine crystals that form during natural crystallization. We never use heat or filtration when we hand harvest our honey, making sure it arrives to you in it’s final raw, pure and crystallized form.

YES! and thanks for asking. Pesticides are not only bad for humans, but they are killing honeybee colonies at an alarming rate all over the world. We lab test each batch of honey for Glyphosate residues knowing that the environment where we keep our bees is an untouched forest. This is a win for us but most importantly, a win for the health of our bees!
